we've been out visiting Tricia's Dad in Lagrange Indiana
There is a big Amish community here and i have never seen so many acres and acres of corn

July 4th and last couple of days

July 4th ran down early to Ipswich and met Joe at the yacht club. Brought some items out to the boat he is still just cleaning up. got home early afternoon in time for Tricia to cut the cake .





Had a couple or errands down in Boston. very hot day !!! bowl of chowda at Durgin park.



It was so hot Tricia needed to be out of the heat ....so we went to the MFA and i was completely BLOWN AWAY with what we saw. all we had time for was 1 section of the American Wing the following are some pictures we saw and it's not even the tip of the iceberg of what's there!!!

D day and Pease Greeters

On Monday went down to Winthrop, still cleaning out my Mom's house down in Winthrop, MA. stopped by Kelley's on Revere beach on the way home.


Tuesday went out to Pease airport and thanked a bunch of Marines who were leaving the United States of America.

Memorial day and 1st week of June

Tricia and i went out to the New Hampshire State Veterans cemetery for the Memorial Day Service. It was a beautiful and solemn day and we both enjoyed the people there and the service honoring all those that gave their lives in service to our great country.









Interesting to me was that all the federal Republican Representatives attended the service but our Senator Jeanne Shaheen "unfortunately " couldn't make it. Thank you Kelley Ayotte, Charlie Bass, and Frank Guinta. God Bless you all.

Went to Stella and Doug Scamman farm in Stratham, next town over and we got to see Mitt Romney announce his candidacy for President

Smith Garrison/ Moody Point

Cut through the mills to get to smith garrison. A builder bought the old Mills; and they are fixing them up for businesses and maybe condos. They should be nice. the builder has a great reputation.

It's been raining here for days. Got a little break today talked Tricia into a walk out to Smith Garrison / Moody Point which is where the Lamprey river dumps into Great Bay.

Easter Sunday 2011

It was a beautiful Sunday Easter morning.

Went to the Newmarket Community Church for Easter Sunday service. Everyone as they entered the church were given a daisy to put on the cross it was beautiful to see happen as the church filled for service.




For the 1st time in Tricia's life Easter Sunday fell on Tricia's birthday this year. It quite possibly may be the only time; it wont happen again until 2095.

It started snowing last night. It's beautiful right now and it is supposed to snow all day.
