Anyways Tricia and i went back to Oregon and Washington mainly to visit my favorite in-laws.
Our first stop Reedsport Oregon where Tricia's brother Monty and his wife Jeanne and Tricia's Mom lives.

Oh we had great weather while we were there. The next couple of pictures of me going to the beach the next day and getting lost. I didn't tell Tricia that i got lost till the ride from Boston Airport to home. She thought it was good that she didn't know. Anyways i parked the rental car somewhere along the dunes in Winchester beach. If any reading this goes to Winchester Bay beach remember where you park you car!!!
I walked for miles and did not see a soul. I knew if i turned around and walked the way i came i would eventually hit civilization and i could eventually find my way back to where i started ; but guess what the dunes and the ocean looks the exactly the same for miles !!! What an idiot!!! HA!!!
One day we took a day trip north along the coast i wanted to see something different than Reedsport . What a spectacular ocean front from Reedsport north. The following are pictures are that day trip.
You can't make them out too good but there are a couple of wind surfers.
The yellow in the Scotch broom (?) was spectacular.

Oh we had dinner at this great restaurant i think it's called Hilltop it overlooks the bay down south near Coos Bay, in fact it might be Coos Bay. Also it was Tricia's Birthday she hit the big 60.
We went back to Tricia's Mom and had cake.

Monty and Jeanne took us out to this neat floating fish and chips restaurant.
After a glorious week with the in-laws we headed north . We stop in Portland Oregon. We stayed at the Benson. i thought it would be fun because the last time we stayed at the Benson it was in January '85' i scheduled a weekend at the Benson and gave Tricia this gaudy rock of a ring and asked her if she wanted to spend the rest of her life with me. This time we got a great corner room.
After Portland we headed to Seattle and i was just too tired to make it to Bothell. We stayed in the Homewood suites on Eliot that's Eliot Bay out the window. Next morning we drove around Magnolia before we headed up to Gloria and Craig's Tricia's sister and Brother - in law.

I did manage to get away one night my dear friend Leslie scheduled a get together with some of my Boeing work mates . IT WAS GREAT !!!!
