Memorial Day

We took an early walk in the morning along Rye beach.

Trica liked this poem we found on a rock where we were walking.

We stopped at Joe's for subs and picked up a few groceries.

Came home and played the banjo for a good part of the afternoon till Tricia asked me to stop.

This is down at the dock looking towards the falls. Oh it's pretty warm today i still might jump in the river even though the river still pretty cold.

Memorial Day Weekend

We went down to Boston on Saturday to get a suit for me cause we're going to a wedding reception in Garden City, New York. We drove down to Revere and took the "T" into Boston.

Boston was very busy probably because of the holiday weekend. We got off at State Street and walked across Boston Common to Newbury Street. Sam got his suit at Brooks Brothers on Newbury.

We then went to the North end. Here'a a shot of Fanueil Hall.

This is inside Fanueil Hall (i'm currently reading John Adams by David McCullough hence the picture of the bust)

We cut over to the "North End" for a bite to eat. The house on the left is Paul Revere's old house.

Here's a shot of Sam and Tricia 22 1/2 years later; where they got married.

The old North Church

Tricia talking to her Dad infront of the Old North Church.

We went to the Regina for pizza.

On Sunday morning Tricia took me for a walk around our place to show me a water falls she found.
This is a cemetery near us that dogs are not allowed so we walk the peremeter around it rather than cut through.

This is down to the falls she found. it's actually kinda cool, nice and quite.
