Bath, and Freeport Maine

 We took a drive up to Bath Maine yesterday. Tricia and i wanted to see the Michael Murphy a ship that was named for Medal of Honor recipient Michael Murphy (1976 - 2005) .  It was a beautiful and windy day . We took a walk up the bridge and got to look back at Bath Iron Works and the old Ship building town of Bath Maine. Stopped at a local tavern for a burger and lobster stew and then went to LLBean and home. 

April 24, 2012 Tricia's Birthday,

It was Tricia's Birthday yesterday and we took a drive up the coast to Nubble light and back down. Today we went to Hampton beach and took a walk up to NorthHamton. 

It was 59 years ago today in a "down river" Detroit hospital a child was born.

Very Warm Spring

It's been a very warm dry spring, hopefully it'll rain today and tomorrow. There's been fire warnings etc.

We had a barbacue last night beer, banjo and steaks .........

new dishwasher and hot water heater

We finally got a new dishwasher; i've been hand washing the dishes for a long time at least a couple of years .

And a neighbot had a hot water heater rupture and ours was about 15 years old so we went with a tankless hot water heater.
