Settling in......

First things first . We went to the town hall and registered to vote.

Friday Dec 28th

It snowed a little yesterday or last night.

Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and the Day after....

Christmas Eve, Tricia and i went over Monica and Danny's and it was a Beautiful evening with my cousins with a warm, family, and Italian feeling to it all. Monica is in red, that's Roxanne on the left and the back of Auntie J and Monica's friend Judy(?)


That's Cousin Joe on the left and right below him was a killer!!! lobster pie he made.Danny is sittin at the table with Colette in the pink.

Christmas day we spent with Mom opening presents and had smoked turkey and ham for Christmas dinner.This was the moon coming up as we drove home from Mom's on Winthrop beach it was spectacular Christmas evening.


The Day after Christmas the movers came and added to our never ending Christmas. We are truly blessed.

Thursday December 20th

This is out the back window very early this morning. Tricia loves 'her' Christmas tree.


It's been snowing since last night. Decided to take luke for a walk along the river.


Thought i'de take a short cut back but there was a fork in the river and i didn't know to take this one

The North Church of Portsmouth

We had a couple of errands to do "downtown". i was was struck by the old architecture all around us.

If you're ever in Plymouth go to the The Colonial Restaurant. It was excellent!




I had it all .......beer, chowder, clams, haddock, shrimp, scallops, fries and more.

YEAH we got a place .............Our new home is in Newmarket NH 03857

We found a nice rental apartment on the river in an old mill town called Newmarket. It's up on the Lamprey river that dumps into Great Bay which is a protected wild life reserve on the coast of New Hampshire.

Portsmouth NH is a nice seacoast New England town across the Great Bay from Newmarket it's where we currently been using a PO box.

Very Busy trying to find a place to live in New Hampshire

We've been very busy running back and forth from my Mom's in Winthrop Mass to New Hampshire.
Today we're running up early to look at a townhouse in Newmarket New Hampshire and a couple of houses in Portsmouth.
Hopefully i'll post some pictures.

Newburyport, Massachusetts

Stopped in Newburyport for lunch on the way to Portsmouth.

Took a walk around Winthrop and Boston on Sunday

I've been walking around Deer island in the mornings it used to be used as a jail and a sewer treatment plant when i was a kid. Now it's only a sewer treament plant now but they sort of made it a park to walk around now.




That old light out there is the entrance to Boston Harbor it's called Long Island Head Light it's old.


Took the subway in to Boston we live on the "blue line"


i get off at State (it used to be devonshire) it's right underneath the "old" State House.

It was over 22 years ago Tricia and i walked down the aisle. It was cool the bells were going off when i walked by. It knew !!!

Gotta go......we're driven up to Raymonds turkey farm to pick up a turkey. You all have a great Thanksgiving if i don't update this till then.
